Jeremy Morgan, CB

Jeremy Morgan is a co-owner of Morgan & Morgan Accounting Services and brings more than two decades of accounting and financial management experience to the firm. Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals, small businesses, and multi-location companies across a wide range of industries, helping business owners better understand their financial performance and make informed decisions that support long-term growth.

Jeremy's passion has always been helping business owners succeed. He believes accounting should go far beyond tax preparation and bookkeeping. Instead, financial information should provide business owners with clear, meaningful insight into how their business is performing and where opportunities exist to improve profitability. That philosophy has become one of the foundations of Morgan & Morgan Accounting Services.

Having spent many years working with restaurant groups and hospitality businesses, Jeremy developed extensive experience designing customized financial reporting systems that allow owners to monitor labor costs, food costs, prime costs, profitability, and other key performance indicators. Today, he works with businesses in many different industries, bringing that same detailed, advisory-focused approach to every client relationship.

Jeremy is committed to being accessible and responsive. He personally answers client calls and text messages whenever possible because he believes business owners deserve direct access to experienced professionals—not voicemail or long waits for answers. Building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor is one of the most rewarding parts of his work.

Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, following Boston sports, and applying his love of statistics and strategy to fantasy football.

Mary Morgan is the other co-owner of Morgan & Morgan Accounting Services and brings more than thirty years of accounting experience to the firm. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for accuracy, dependability, and exceptional client service, qualities that continue to define the firm's approach today.

Mary has worked with businesses of all sizes and understands that every client has unique goals and challenges. She believes that strong accounting isn't simply about producing accurate financial statements—it's about giving business owners confidence in their numbers and helping them feel supported every step of the way.

Her decades of experience have allowed her to develop expertise across many industries while maintaining the personal, one-on-one relationships that clients value most. Mary takes pride in ensuring every client receives careful attention, prompt communication, and financial information they can rely on when making important business decisions.

As a family-owned business, Morgan & Morgan Accounting Services was built on the values Mary has practiced throughout her entire career: honesty, integrity, responsiveness, and treating every client with the same level of care she would expect herself. When she's not working, Mary enjoys spending time with her partner, caring for animals, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with her two grandchildren, who lovingly call her “Nammie.”
